  I’m honestly not one to leave reviews but I was really upset with how my last appointment went. My appointment time was for 2 PM. I arrived around 1:45 PM. I’ve been to massage envy plenty of times and I’m aware that they allow you five minutes before and five minutes after to get undressed and redressed. However, my masseuse did not call me back until 2:08 PM. My massage started at 2:10PM. Mind you, my masseuse, Felisha, didn’t ask me the following as other masseuse have: she did not ask me “do you have any specific areas you’d like me to work on?” “What do you do for a living” This would’ve been good to know because I sit all day and my job requires a lot of wrist, arm, neck, back, and shoulder strain which is usually what I go in to get massaged through. All she asked me was if I had any medical conditions that restricted me. I went in for some pretty painful neck pain I had been having and told her “I think I have a pinched nerve” She responded rudely “ok but is that official” referring to a dr im assuming? I said “no” and she told me to lay down. The massage started at 2:10PM. I know because I looked at the clock that was in the room. She finished at 2:58PM. For $120, I could have gone somewhere else and gotten a better massage, better service, and longer massage time. I myself have my own business so I try to give everyone a chance. I understand people have bad days, but at the same time, I also know that you leave your problems out the door once you start working on a client.

  I loved how Melinda is very thorough and informative. She not only helped me with some muscle pain, she also told me what areas are stiffer than others.

  Facial I didn’t like at all she didn’t even touch my neck she just all kind cream and soap Mansfield Logan much better

  The therapist was not friendly or welcoming. Then I was told to do something by the therapist, soon after got a call from Alissa. She was absolutely rude and disrespectful. I did schedule a facial also but I canceled with this site because of how rude the staff was.
