  Always getting the account information incorrect, You get one answer on the phone and when you go in they want to charge for services after massage to membership. Now you want to stress me out. Maybe this only happens at the Cedar Hill location. Managers are never available and everything is blamed on the call center. I've been a member here for 3 years take care of me. Your system should show the same information as the call center so when you get to the spa oh no that's not in our system. Come on really. his happen Monday April 29th 2024

  I have been getting facials from Spencer for several months now. It wasn’t until my last visit that I realized I was being charged extra for the services that were to me. Spencer never communicated to me it was an extra charge. I was informed I owed an additional 70.00 only because I no longer had credits stacked up to cover my massages and facials. I was also advised I needed a new cleanser which I denied purchased as I don’t see the need. I still have cleaner from my purchase last fall.

  Waa promised a foot add on but Eric said if I wanted that, he wouldn't have time to give me my full massage that I paid for so I list out on the enhancement.

  I have had such a frustrating experience with the manager I will never go back to a massage envy. I reached out after a very disappointing experience and was asked to let her “make it up to me” and get me back in because the masseuse was wrongly categorized as a deep massage in the booking system when in fact she does light massages. I agreed to rescheduling with a firm/deep masseuse and even declined an additional complimentary extra service for my previous massage being only 40 minutes because I really just wanted the massage I paid for in the first place, nothing extra. The makeup massage was wonderful and I thought everything was resolved until I was told I needed to pay for this massage as well OR they would comp it if I signed up for a membership. The customer service is terrible and no matter how great the masseuse was the second time I will never go back.

  The session I had on Thursday, April 11th was great! As soon as I walked in and checked in with the front desk, my therapist was walking out and ready for me (that has never happened) and I was pleasantly surprised. I was calm and relaxed during my session and felt wonderful when I finished. I gave an 8 score because sometimes I don’t get this type of treatment and I wish there was more consistency and then I could give a 10 score.
