- Rating 5.0Mount Prospect location is very accommodating, helpful and very clean. Massage Therapist Tai is very skilled and able to vary techniques.
- Rating 4.5It was ok, but the overall service could have been better if I’m being honest. The facial lady, Grace was running late. by 15 mins late. She didn’t apologize for being late when she introduced herself. The girl at the Front Desk called me while I was already on my way over. Then, when I finally had my facial, it seemed like it was only lasting for 25 mins to half hour at the most. I feel my time was stolen. Then, I walk out and I’m being asked to buy expensive products. I DO NOT WANT TO COME IN FOR A RELAXING EXPERIENCE TO TRY AND BE SOLD OVER PRICED PRODUCTS.

My massage therapist Meg was absolutely awesome. She made me feel comfortable and relaxed and did such an amazing job. I plan on seeing her personally in my future visits.
