- Rating 1.0Massage therapist was rude, unprofessional and I felt rushed. Paid $75 for not a massage, but a lotion down. What’s the point of telling them you need extra work on areas & them completely ignoring it?
- Rating 1.5The actual massage. On my paperwork, I put that I wanted FIRM and deep pressure. The massage therapist asked me what I wanted upon beginning and I explained that I was in pain on my upper shoulder area and needed FIRM deep tissue massage. I’ve been getting massages monthly, at other places, and this was by far, the worst experience. From the beginning, the pressure was soft. I mentioned twice during the massage that I needed FIRM. I could barely feel the pressure points on my hand. It was extremely soft. When using lotion, it was a generous amount and wasn’t even rubbed in all the way. Needless to say, I left in just as much pain as I arrived in.

- Rating 2.5I accidentally went to the wrong location and arrived 15 minutes late. We were the only customers around and no accommodations were made to try to give us the full 60 minute massage we paid for. I completed an assessment highlighting the areas I wanted to be massaged but only 3 areas were given attention and pressure and technique were weak compared to massages I’ve had in the past. Overall, I felt like another number to get through the door and didn’t feel like the staff cared about our experience, as a whole

- Rating 1.0I would not return. It seemed the therapist was inexperienced. The add on for the renew lotion did not seem like anything different than regular lotion. I noticed no difference at all if it was even used.
