  I unfortunately had to cancel a few hours before the appointment. At first, I was told that I could cancel and pay half...or I could keep the appointment and see if I could get there late...I decided to stress myself out and try to still get there late and get part of the appointment instead of paying 1/2 price for nothing. I was unable to get there as I was picking up my kids. I ended up paying with a "credit" which is still a full priced payment for getting nothing. Overall a very stressful, not stress free experience.

  I came in for both a stretch and a massage, both very much needed! Jamie was incredible with the stretch, very enjoyable to talk to and she really helped me work out some tension. My massage was ok. The overall experience was fine but the massage therapist had rather long nails that just made the experience kind of ick. This was the first time I’ve ever had a massage where I even noticed the nails, and I do not care for scratching anywhere on my body. My ratings below are for the stretch session.

  Kortnie listens to me & issues that I have - she respects me and makes me feel very comfortable with her. She is concerned about my issues and wants to help me feel better. I feel confident asking her questions-she always explains her answers very well. Also, the facility is very relaxing! Everyone at the front desk is always very nice & welcoming!

  I love working w Audra at the front desk. She's always very friendly and does a great job of helping me w scheduling. Michelle does a fantastic job of working out my problem areas while mixing in some nice relaxation techniques. She always has a bubbly personality.

  When I arrived I'm the parking lot I parked next to a blue car that had massage envy internal paperwork tossed everywhere with what I presume was client and employee personal information viaable to anyone that were to walk by. This was unsettling to me and caused me to lose trust in my personal information safety. Had I not had a gift certificate I would have cancelled my appointment right then. I have no intention of returning to massage envy.

  Michelle my therapist is the absolute bomb. She knows my preferences and always has the table cooler because I like it that way. She is friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. Front desk staff friendly and informative about services and products.
