- Rating 1.0Nicole was late to start and finished early. I felt rushed to dress and leave as she hurried to change the table linens. I’ve had many massage experiences and this one was my least favorite, cold room and cold hands. I was asked about problem spots and answered with low back strain. This area was hardly addressed. The rest of the massage was just ok. Hope this helps improve your customer service.
