The person who answered the phone and the front desk person upon check-in and checkout were very friendly. No sales pitch on the membership which I was thankful for. I was a member years ago and I am not interested in becoming a member at this time, but may in the future. My husband and I were coming in for Massages on our anniversary, after our dinner out. I had a gift card to use so that’s what brought us there. Both of us thought that our massages were just OK. Nothing terrible but nothing great.

I got lucky with Chan who is newish so doesn't have that huge following like Issac, Ben, Lydia and other mythical therapists who are always fully booked. My brother walked away from over 30 hours worth of massage very recently. Also, the pricing used to be more competitive. Now it is very pricey. I have more flexibility and pay similar prices with another massage therapist who is half a mile from my house. But the service at the Redmond office is fantastic.
