- Rating 1.5I would like to talk to the manager regarding my experience. It was booked as a 90 minute. I only do 90 minute massages. It was confirmed as a 90 minute. I purchased a CBD enhancement based on it being a 90 minute massage. Stephanie showed up to the waiting room at 5:05. I could discern no difference using CBD. It honestly smelled like the hand sanitizer versus the lavender I’d chosen. Stephanie zipped through what turned out to be my 45 minute massage and announced it was over. I questioned why it was 45 minutes and she said sorry we’re closed and went out of the room. I questioned the receptionist who said gosh sorry the online system isn’t working correctly. Everyone is complaining about it and I was told again they were closer. I’m not sure what booked against my account and I certainly wouldn’t have paid $30 for an enhancement that smelled like hand sanitizer and a massage that lasted 45 minutes. I am beyond angry and disappointed with my experience

- Rating 4.5I tried to put #10 because of the wonderful treatment I have received. Their attitude is wonderful. For example, I was late for my 90 minute massage. I was an eye witness to a horrific car collision. I called 911 immediately and stayed until aid and police arrived. One car was totaled and only one airbag deployed. I was okay leaving after the officer talked to me. By the time I got to Massage Envy I realized I was going into shock. I know the treatment, however, my therapist at, stayed with me until my husband could arrive with my daughter-in-law to drive me home. The manager put me in a quiet room and my therapist did all the right things for someone going into shock. She put a blanket around me, kept a check on my heart rate, etc. I have always received great care at this Massage Envy, but this time they went the extra mile. Then passed me off to my husband who saw that I got the care that I needed. I am fine now, the experience kept me a bit unnerved for a few days. The manager found an open spot and gave me another 90 minutes with Stephannie later that week. they went the extra mile to make sure that I received the care I needed. I would recommend them in a heart-beat.
