- Rating 4.5Customer service unfortunately there was a customer in the waiting room talking on the phone very loud an loud enough to hear the other person on the phone. Just wished the front desk would have noticed and said something.
- Rating 5.0The location is always clean and welcoming. The staff are very knowledgeable and helpful. Kiva is WONDERFUL. She listens and explains what she is doing. I always come out after a session with Kiva feeling way better than when I came in.

- Rating 5.0My massage therapist CJ is absolutely amazing! I would recommend her to all my friends and family and to those looking to get a massage as well. She does a wonderful job at applying the perfect amount of pressure, I prefer medium to hard, and her massage techniques are smooth and continuous. It’s just like I said absolutely amazing!!! This is why I have been seeing her for over 10 years and always request to see her.
- Rating 5.0Easy to book appointments and pushes me to get regular appointments. Today, I saw Nikole and I feel she listens to my needs and is sure to address issues I bring up. She also seems to verify my past appointments and areas of focus to make sure nothing is missed.
- Rating 5.0Employees at the desk are always friendly and helpful! Came in stressed out and felt like my shoulders were up at my ears. Josh worked his magic on me and now I feel amazing and relaxed. He found a new way to help my shoulders and I have way more movement and no headache! I love all the new treatments they are adding at the Lynnwood location. We are truly spoiled!
