- Rating 4.0The massage was sub par. There was a previous issue with the front desk person scheduling my massage on the wrong day. I also notified the front desk person that my massage was shorter than it should have been and he just said "I'm sorry to hear that." No solution provided or didn't say that he would relay that feedback which is frustrating as I spend a lot of money and time to come to this location for my massages.

- Rating 2.5Time we were called in and ending time. This goes for all the masseurs, not just one. Every one starts 7-8 mins late and ends 7 mins early. Kenji has the best punctual time but still not on time. If this is a Massage Envy policy, then I will not renew my membership nor recommended.
