- Rating 2.0This location is not being cared for by the owner. The staff and masseuse are great but the facility is in need of major repair, which the owner will not do. Carpets need to be replaced, tile grout is black from no professional cleaning. Tile needs to be clean and sealed, never done. Walls need to be painted. Replacement of furniture that is broken in the relaxation area. The chairs cave in so much you can not get out of them. These are things the staff can not do with out funds from the owner who refuses to do anything expect to increase fees.
- Rating 5.0Donna was fantastic. She is a true professional and I would adjust my schedule to make sure I have her. Everyone in the office was very friendly. The environment was clean. Thank you I would grade
- Rating 3.5The offices and salon of Massage Envy need painting, new carpet and updates. Things are beginning to look shabby. I was told that this shop was on the list for renovations that should have already started.

- Rating 3.0Last 3 of 4 appts were not with the original scheduled providers.
- Rating 2.0Price point for members and non members. To me that's alot of money for a massage. Call me cheap but I watch what I spend and I don't waste my money.
