- Rating 2.5They are Ok for general massage. The business model of being low cost and continually trying to sell the upgrades is less than desirable, but at least they are not pushy with it.
- Rating 1.0Our last couples massage was cancelled because one of the therapists could not come in? Am I receiving this feedback form because I was billed for this massage? It certainly looks like it.

- Rating 3.0I like the concept of Massage Envy, but the Roanoke location itself has been difficult to get massage appointments with for a few years now. On every visit, I'm asked if there is an area that the therapist should focus on. If I reply 'neck and neck leading into upper shoulders', I anticipate more than 1-2 minutes spent on that area, especially when it's at the end of the hour. In addition, maybe some people appreciate massages where the therapist mostly use their forearm and elbows, but I find it uncomfortable. I wish there was a way to know that ahead of time.
