- Rating 2.5Normally, I would give this a 10, however, this time I cannot based solely on this one experience. Simply, I made a reservation for a 90 minute session but during the session I learned that it was only a 60 minute session. That's particularly troubling since I asked the person who was the scheduler twice to confirm I was signing up for a 90 minute session. She confirmed a 90 minute session both times.
- Rating 4.0I have 33 sessions backlogged. Price should include tip. Probably don't need two or three receptionists, so More hands on bodies.
