  The massage quality wasn't great to begin with, but my last and the worst massage I've ever had made this a place I could not recommend. (The massage therapist chewed on ice cubes during the massage)

  Dear Massage Envy, I am writing to express my disappointment with a recent experience I had at your facility. I had expected to receive a basic facial, a gift from my daughter for Mother's Day. However, the experience I received was far from what I anticipated. Instead of a facial, I was talked into an upgrade that I didn't expect. The procedure involved a tool that merely sucked out my pores and that was it. The entire session lasted only 15 minutes, and I was informed by the technician that it was completed. I felt that the session was more focused on upselling rather than providing the service I came in for. I believed the upgrade was an add-on to the basic facial, and I was willing to pay the extra cost. However, I ended up not receiving any facial at all, which left me very upset. Furthermore, the cost of my "facial" exceeded the gift amount, and I was willing to cover the extra expense. To my surprise, the additional cost was deducted from my daughter's portion of her gift for her facial/massage, which is unacceptable. This should have been charged to my credit card, not taken from her gift balance. My daughter and I were supposed to enjoy this experience together, but due to scheduling issues, I went first. The disappointment we both feel cannot be overstated. I will not be returning to your establishment, and I have shared my negative experience with others. I hope you will take this feedback seriously and improve your services to prevent this from happening to other customers in the future.

  The overall experience was okay. My massage started late and the massage provider still ended early. She also chewed ice the whole time which was the opposite of relaxing environment.

  The aesthetician, Chloe, didn’t do any massage. Maybe only 2% of the time. When I confronted her, she said, “at massage envy, unfortunately, we don’t do any massage.”. In a 60 min session, i only got 40 mins. I was late for 5 mins. 5 mins were spent on discussion, QnA and signing etc. thats total 50 mins. If it was going to be like this then at the door, why did aesthetician,
