- Rating 1.0My massage therapist did a great job with the actual massage. She, along with the rest of the staff, were professional, welcoming, and provided a relaxing experience. My low rating is due to an issue with the oil used on me during the massage. After returning home and showering, I noticed that my nails, skin, and clothes had been stained a brown/orange color. In my experience, this look comes from using self-tanner. I've had massages at many different places and have never had something like this occur. I did call Massage Envy that same evening and explained what happened. After saying they would investigate and return my call with an explanation of what happened they never did. My skin remained stained for days and for this reason, I would not return to Massage Envy.
