- Rating 2.5The massage therapists there are just not as good as they used to be. The particular therapist I saw yesterday didn’t even cover the areas I had specifically indicated. He also typically used just one hand rather than two, and acted like he had better things to do. I just did not feel he was actually giving me a massage, and instead was just kind of sitting there and massaging inconsistently. I was actually wondering if he was looking at his phone most of the time since he was not using both hands.

- Rating 4.5The new management under Atticus (sp?) is exceptional. The manager I spoke to, Hallie (sp?) really has a firm grasp on the value of great customer service and I confirmed from my masseuse that she creates a very good atmosphere for both the clients and employees. Keep up the good work!
