- Rating 4.0Bastian is really great, he always goes deep like I ask and listens when I give feedback when I need a change- he’s your best therapist in my opinion, he’s the only one I’ve ever had go deep and really work through my tightness and knots. Also, I didn’t get a survey about my massage on Wednesday with I believ it was Chris? (A woman) but you may want to speak with her about listening to client feedback, she was inside my armpit and it was extremely uncomfortable and I told her I didn’t want my armpits “massaged” (I’ve never had anyone go there, I’m ticklish as I would expect many people are) when I told her I didn’t want them massaged repeatedly she laughed and then moved a little. I’m not sure if you’ve ever had someone tickle you when you ask them to stop and they keep doing it but it’s not a good experience. I think she could use some training- she also didn’t work anything very well except for my neck- that did feel good. Everything else was so light pressure I could barely feel it (really) I’m not trying to get her in trouble but I do think she could use some additional training.
- Rating 2.5The therapist was pretty matter of fact He was chewing gum during the session, cracking his knuckles, yawning & kept rubbing his elbow on the boney parts & my joints. Not a great experience! I left more sore & anxious than I was before.
