  I had a very horrible massage. I had requested a Swedish massage. The pressure initially was a bit much and I had asked that they lighten their touch. They did lighten it. However, during the whole massage, they just used their knuckles. That was only the beginning of the horrible part. They did not use slow movements, rather quick up and down movements. Despite the use of lubrication, my skin is so very tender to the touch now. I am very surprised it did not create hematomas on my skin. I feel like I was given an Indian burn on my neck. There were parts of my body where they rubbed their knuckles on bare bone. Have you ever experienced a sternal rub? That ***** hurts. The whole experience was horrible. It was like a bad date. You want to get up and leave, but you have committed to it, but you are just waiting and dying for it to be over. But you can't, because your naked under a sheet. They would move on to a different body part, and you think, it will be nice and relaxing, but no, its the same ***** over and over again. You wonder what they ***** they are doing, but don't question it, because they went to school for it, they should know how to give a nice relaxing massage. I told them, I DON'T WANT TO FEEL LIKE I GOT WORKED OVER BY HELGA. And that is what I feel like now. I went in to treat myself to a nice relaxing massage, not because I needed one. Now I need one, but I can't stand to be touched on my skin because it is so ***** tender.

  It’s really difficult to recommend a place that I had such a hard time getting into for so long that I have credits built up to the extent that I do. It seems to be a little bit easier now, but I feel a level of resentment that I haven’t been able to utilize the gift that my husband gave me several years ago the way I wanted to. I have been canceled on last minute a few times over the last couple of years, and when I had to cancel an appointment last minute because my dog could only get into the vet at one time which conflicted with my massage, I was charged a credit. I think it’s a Ludacris that you will charge a credit for a missed appointment but I don’t get an additional credit when my appointment is canceled by you.

  Meagan was amazing! So skilled, fun to talk to, and really knowledgeable about the body. She totally fixed my sore shoulder and even showed me some exercises afterward so I could work on it at home. Spa was clean and quiet and I highly recommend it!

  My massage person was nice. But I told him to apply more pressure a number of times. I cannot tell you how many massages I have had in my lifetime. Too many to count. This was the first and last time I will waste 1.5 hours of my time at ME. I have 13 kids!! My time is extremely valuable and my free time is very limited! I could have had my 10 year old give me a massage at home. It was not relaxing. The entire time I was there I just keep thinking what a waste of time. I have had arm pain for years--I actually would have bought a membership had this massage gone well. If you want to be a legit massage company you workers need to listen to the patient. It is already super uncomfortable telling someone they aren't doing a very good job. So after 2-3 times of asking for more pressure nicely, I gave up. I didn't want to be a jerk! I'm only saying something now because you sent an email for my review.
