My husband got me an online gift certificate and he wasn’t aware of the cost so he thought it was enough at 75 dollars and this was only enough for 30 minutes which is really twenty minutes because they take ten minutes for you to dress they said. I get better massages for cheaper at the chiropractor.

- Rating 3.0I've mentioned that a certain therapist has been cutting 5 to 10 minutes of my massage sessions multiple times. However, when I have a session with that therapist, he continues to do so. It seems that either management has not discussed the situation with the therapist or he is simply ignoring them. Either way, I am not getting what I am paying for. I know they are supposed to track their time on a tablet they carry, so I believe he is starting the timer before he comes in the room and/or stopping after he has left the room. There needs to be a better way to ensure that customers are not being ripped off. I've been a member for many years and I come around twice a month, but at this point I am considering canceling my membership.

- Rating 2.0Cannot get on a consistent schedule due to lack of availability. Front desk is not particularly helpful. I have 19 unused massages and I am lucky to get one massage scheduled every 6-8 weeks. They are not proactive when a massage gets canceled due to a therapist leaves or is unavailable for a scheduled massage. They are less than professional on the phone and in person.
