- Rating 3.5Great massage with a therapist I had not been with before this appointment.
- Rating 3.5Everything is amazing. My only critique is I wish my therapist used warm lotion.

- Rating 1.0We have been members for 10 yrs or longer, and we are always treated with the the utmost respect and the front desk staff knows us by name and smiles and greets us as soon as we come in the front door. They are all so nice and professional.
- Rating 5.0Easy to make appointments My therapist did not listen when I told her I had a shoulder replacement on my left shoulder last May and had a tear in my right shoulder. She worked far too long and hard on my shoulders. Causing me to say please stop I can barely lift my left arm today, and both are painful to move.
- Rating 4.5The facility is beautiful and well managed. But the service providers were definitely below for Massage Envy. My two adult daughters and I scheduled massages for the 3 of us for a Mother's Day treat. Two of the 3 were very disappointing.

- Rating 5.0It’s always a wonderful relaxing time and I’ve enjoyed seeing Megan but look forward to Sarah coming back.
