- Rating 5.0My therapist Mandy got all the places needed. My main complaint is trying to get appointments when I need them. Im guessing they are low on personnel.
- Rating 1.5I specifically asked for heavyfirm pressure and was recommended someone by the front desk. When the massage started I asked for harder pressure the massage therapist informed me that it wasnt possible because they only did light. Very disappointed

- Rating 3.5My massage therapist and the front desk ladies were great but the temperature in the massage area of the building was TOO cold. My therapist did her best to warm up her hands but I could tell the temperature was also affecting her she still did a great job though. I did request for the bed to be heated and that was very helpful but the room was so cold that when my therapist had to change positions of my armslegs etc there was a stark difference between both temperatures.
