- Rating 4.0I have built up so many credits that I have not used yet. The only thing I would recommend it that someone be prepared to make appointments regularly.
- Rating 2.5Anything dealing with your phone number is garbage. Once there it was nice but getting setup and then to your location confidently was terrible.
- Rating 3.0Apparently my membership had expired, but I wasn't notified of this until after my massage when I was told I owed $130 instead of $80. That was on Friday. When I told the receptionist I had not been given any notice of this expiration, she said she'd look into it. On the following Monday at 4:42pm I got a text stating my membership is presently inactive. Why couldn't that have come in time for me to activate it and not be charged an extra $50 as though I have not been a loyal customer? I am debating whether or not to reactivate my membership.

- Rating 2.5I don't think the first massage should still be full price if you are signing up for the membership during this visit. When I was a member at Elements, they reduced the first time fee to the member cost when I did sign up-Also, the fee to 'gift' someone your massages seems ridiculous. If they are paid for and it costs nothing to the company to allow me to give them to someone else this just seems like a charge for no reason. Again, other places do not charge for this.
