- Rating 1.5I paid an extra $30 for the hand and feet exfoliation, I assumed it would be a few minutes of exfoliation and then massage with lotion. But the “exfoliation” was about 10 seconds and wiped off, I wanted to feel smoother but I absolutely did not. Starting the massage I waited for my masseuse to leave to get a heated towel after my time has already started and had many moments in between where I was just kind of waiting around.

- Rating 3.5The women who helped me when I walked in was nice enough. I had a 2:00 appointment and showed up at 1:48. I didn’t get walked back to a room until 2:07. I was just sitting and waiting. He made sure to stop my appointment promptly at 3:00. I feel like I was shorted several minutes so my massage.
