- Rating 1.5Love the massage but it’s becoming difficult to schedule. I need to be able to use the mobile app to schedule but no one can help me. The ladies at the front desk have tried but it sounds like it’s a known issue. If I owned the franchise I would be demanding the app get fixed. The business is not reaching its full potential because you’re not investing in a functional app. Can you imagine if Dominoes pizza work sometimes. What about your banking app. You’d switch companies asap.
