- Rating 3.0My location is very difficult to schedule appointments at. Often I call and sit on hold only to get a call center or a voicemail box. The app for some reason wants me to enter a new payment method in. I have a credit card on file that is nowhere near expiring plus I’m a member! I have driven up to the location on multiple different times only to find the door locked and the business closed. Frustrating. The only reason that I continue is I absolutely love Barbara. The question about the front desk is tricky since often it is closed. The girl I interacted with this Saturday was very nice. The over powering scent leaves me with a massive headache every time I have a service here. Why so much with the diffuser? You can taste it.
- Rating 2.0The location I now attend after moving to my new home is very unreliable. Whenever I make an appointment they are not honored as my tomes have changed without my approval or my appointments length of visits have been altered from 2 hour to 1 hour appointment because they overbooked by accident. They don't return calls either.
- Rating 1.0False advertising. I did not receive all that was advertised. I did not receive my full hour of service.
- Rating 5.0Jesse B was fantastic. He worked on a sore area in my lower back, and now my back is in MUCH better shape.
- Rating 3.0The prices for massages has gotten too high
- Rating 3.5The ambiance. Smelled stale and the room was hot.

- Rating 5.0Sebastián was wonderful!! He made my day.
- Rating 4.5Sebastian has been the best therapist ever but the room is quite cold and luckily there is a heating pad.
