I was told by the manager, I’m assuming that’s it’s my job to keep up with my account and know what’s going on. This correct because I apparently work for y’all, I forgot. I have had 2 massages now and lackluster at best. No one listens on key areas to focus on and each one has ended at the 40-45 minute mark so the marketing material that says 60 minutes should probably be adjusted. Was also told for the once again being told misinformation about credits and service that a $10 add on would suffice… you e got to be joking. I WANT OUT OF THIS CONTRACT SO BAD. It’s not even worth it.
