- Rating 3.0I am likely to recommend specific therapists. The service provider I had on the 28th was below expectations. It's the second time I've seen him and if I should have remembered his name from the first time. Not only is his technique lacking, he also has very rough skin on his hands. In addition, he burped at least 10 times in the 50 minutes. I almost told him I wasn't feeling well and that I need to end the session. I actually should have left as soon as he started the massage.
- Rating 1.0My massage did not last the hour. Maybe forty minutes. Not to mention, the masseuse had to step out to use the restroom (which is fine)- but no time was added on. He was audibly yawning the entire time.

- Rating 2.5the membership is not flexible. if you build up too many massages, they don't let you give them to Friends and Family without a fee. I would like to be able to turn my unused massages into gift cards to use for auction items at fundraisers. I ended up accumulating too many massages in 2011 after I had my child. I didn't want to leave the house without my baby for more than a year so I got behind. I can't catch up.

- Rating 5.0my therapist Emily is very attentive to my requests. I had frozen shoulder and her work on a certain point on my shoulder really helped ease the stiffness.

- Rating 3.5It’s just truly not a spa feeling. You can always hear people talk or phone ring or doors close. But this last visit with this particular therapist was not good at all. I had to request for lower back and IT bands and she did not address either of them and made me turn over three times. It was so odd.
