  This is regarding the facial experience only. This is the second facial I have had at massage envy. The first experience was spent with the majority of the time doing extractions (probably well needed.) after telling the esthetician I was there for relaxation only. I spent the entire time talking about products (which I respectfully declined and voiced multiple times I wasn’t there for a medical facial but a relaxing one.) and getting extractions. My skin felt GREAT after the facial I just didn’t feel like my wishes were heard or respected. I decided to try again with another esthetician and I voiced to her how last time I spent the entire 60 minutes doing extractions and it wasn’t relaxing so I was looking for a relaxing facial this time. She said that I had enough extra credits built up that I could use two credits and get an advanced facial which would give us ample time to do both..: the treatment AND the relaxation. Although it wasn’t explicitly asked or answered… it was my understanding that if it was double the cost, it would be substantially longer than the regular facial. While she did a good job… (and had it only been one monthly credit I probably would have said it was great!!) I was in the room, out of the room, product sales pitch, paid, and in my car in less than 45 minutes total. My appointment was at 1:30pm and I was in my car by 2:15! So I’m not sure where the value of the additional $70 came from… the first facial was an hour and half the cost. It’s also worth mentioning I thought the facial was good… she was very kind (and I tipped her $15 for her services)… it was simply the amount of time spent compared to the amount of money spent that was an issue. Kensey the massage therapist is PHENOMENAL and I will forever be a returning client for her!!! This is where I will continue to utilize my membership.

  Excellent Service! Yoli my massage therapist always helps me with my pain and is amazing in her technique. She always addresses my concerns and I always feel 100 percent better leaving my massage. She deserves a HUGE raise for her work!!!!!
