I've been a client for 14 years and have many prebooks available. There used to show on my profile on the website when logged in, how many prebooks I've accumulated. You guys took that off so I have no idea unless I ask a location. Be transparent with your customers! Also, your website was not able to be logged in to book appointments for many months. Finally the app started working. The pricing structure seems really high now. I pay $80 a month for a 60 minute massage plus expected to tip on the $130 non-member rate. I'm stuck in this contract until I can utilize at least 16 or more month's worth of bookings before I can cancel. And then I only have 2 months to complete the bookings if/when I do cancel. I feel trapped. My husband is trapped. I wish I could cancel and USE MY CREDITS for longer than just 2 months after cancellation. I've already 'paused' my account in the past for $20 a month. Side note, my therapist did great work.
