  My last visit on 10/21/24 was horrible and very disturbing for me. I will not be visiting Massage Envy.

  With my first I arrived an hour early and the staff was very friendly and welcoming. The lady in charge was working 2 or 3 stations as best she could. Staying cool, calm and professional. I was very impressed by her responses and cool temper. As soon as she could she sat me in the quiet room. Very calming and relaxing. During my stay in that room I starting to wonder if this was a common day, not enough staff to serve the clients. Once my therapist came to me she explained that the business had a late start due to unforeseen situations. She also asured me that I would recieve my a lotted time

  I had a disappointing experience with Massage Envy that left me feeling deceived. When I first signed up, I asked the staff directly (the manager was present along with two other staff members) if it was a contract, and I was assured it wasn’t—they said I could cancel anytime. Unfortunately, I later discovered this wasn’t true, and I was locked into a 12-month commitment. This has been frustrating, and while I feel like I should have scrutinized the paperwork more closely, I trusted their word. Is this how you attract and retain customers? If so, it’s not a practice I can support To make matters worse, I brought my daughter and was trying to give her one of my credits. I had to pay $10 just to do that, which felt unreasonable. Then, her massage experience was terrible. It was her first one, and the male therapist applied excessive pressure and ignored her repeated requests to lighten up. To top it off, he ended the session abruptly. The people at the front desk seemed aware of his poor performance, which only fueled my frustration. My daughter complained, but that didn’t change the fact that her first massage was ruined. I checked the Better Business Bureau and my consumer protection agency and found many complaints about Massage Envy. It seems I’m not the first person to experience these issues, which is alarming. If necessary, I will report this to the BBB and consumer protection agencies to prevent others from going through what we did. Massage Envy, you need to do better. I have a considerable following, and I feel it’s important to share honest feedback about my experiences. Luckily, I don't use my real name. On a positive note, during my most recent visit, I met Anita, who was absolutely wonderful. She was upbeat, kind, and genuinely inspiring—a true ray of sunshine in what has otherwise been a frustrating situation. While I appreciate the good experiences I’ve had with her, this misleading contract issue has made me decide not to return to Massage Envy after my term ends. I set the cancel date in my contact so I don't forget.

  We (myself & husband) both love the massage we receive from Rachel. Also the staff overall is friendly , and knowledgeable. It is a delight to come in and out of your location.
