  Experience was perfect from the moment I walked in the door. I was greeted soon as I stepped in. Massage was a 10 out of 10, Tiffany is the best.

  This is not a reflection on the actual woman (thin blonde in the middle) that helped me on 12/16 as she was absolutely fine. This is directed toward the women that were there on my previous visit on 12/2 where my appointment had been cancelled and I was not notified. Specifically the woman that if you are facing the desk is on the far left who is slightly heavier with brown hair, somewhat curly and even more so toward the woman on the right with jet black hair, caked on makeup and leopard print type tattoo on her arm who was extremely rude, unapologetic and just downright arrogant. I honestly am likely going to switch locations even though I LOVE my therapist at your location, just so I don't have to see that horrible excuse for a human being again. It disgusted me to have to see her yesterday and it was uncomfortable as she sat there silently smirking as the other woman helped me. She seriously disgusts me. For her to tell my therapist Tiffany that I yelled at her is an absolute like and completely unacceptable. She needs to learn the difference between being chastised and being yelled at. I did NOT raise my voice at her, but I did let her know I was very dissatisfied with the way that I was treated and the fact that at no point during our back and forth about not being contacted because my appointment was cancelled, did she even attempt to apologize, but was instead rude and even condescending in her responses and when I came back in and pointed it out to her and the other gal that work the front desk that it was disappointing and a total lack of professionalism and decency that at no point did either of them attempt to apologize, the gal on the left sat silent and gal on right simply said "OK". A normal human with any sort of respect or compassion for someone's time being wasted, not to mention their disappointment in thinking they were about to get a massage but instead finding out that they just wasted their time and gasoline, would apologize for the inconvenience. How prideful and arrogant is she that she could not muster up the decency to give an apology? The fact that she still works there is extremely disappointing and honestly surprising to me. I spoke with Mariah about this, but maybe I wasn't clear about just how bad of an experience it was and now hearing that they gossiped about it to my therapist and embellished the story considerably, I'm even more upset about it. As a business owner myself, someone that behaved like this toward a client would no longer be an employee of mine. Please review the footage from that day, 12/2 at approx 12:25-12:35pm if at all possible since I know you have cameras and hopefully microphones attached in your lobby for security. Please see how I was treated and not apologized to and also how I was calm and did not raise my voice, simply voiced my disappointment at their failure to apologize and their lack of professionalism.

  I am always greeted by name when I come to sign in. Everyone is always so friendly and welcoming. Kayce who does my facials is so good and very informative of she will be doing!! She is definitely a 10 out of 10!!!
