I've read a number of bad reviews about the Tulsa locations but since I was already a member, I didn't really care until this week. There was a billing issue - an old card that was lost and canceled was billed instead of the current card I've had on file for 8 months and of course, didn't process - so despite the fact that I had 5 sessions pre-paid/in the bank, my appointment was canceled. When I didn't get a confirmation text about my appointment, I called the morning of to confirm, and was informed that it had been canceled. Kennedy told me that she'd called the day before (I had no record of that) and that morning as well. I did have a voicemail at 8:06am which I had not listened to yet when I called at 10am (I work late and sleep late) but it was not from her. I had pre-paid massages, regardless of any billing issue, especially one that I wasn't aware of yet and had no control over (when I called my home location they fixed it and processed the correct card with no issue), my appointment should not have been canceled.
