- Rating 4.0The speakers have been bad for awhile but no problem, Stephanie just used her tablet to get som relaxing music when I asked her. I know scents are an add on but when I purchased it I didn’t get much scent. I think you should have a defuser in each room at no additional cost. If you want to elevate the “spa” experience you should really do the sent. To me I’m just getting a massage I don’t fell like I’m going to a spa.

- Rating 3.5The massage! The massage was supposed to be 60 min & was only 45 min. I felt like she was rushing through when she got to my arms & legs.
- Rating 2.5While I love my massages, I moved away and has been VERY FRUSTRATING trying to get them booked and use up credits. I am not a fan of being unable to freeze an account without being charged - or having an option to stop new credits and give time to use up all the credits that have accumulated. I am also not a fan of not having other options to utilize credits toward - I have a lot of credits built up and keep trying to use them all, but since I moved over an hour away, it's not easy to just schedule and pop in and back home quickly. I feel locked into something that I need to cancel, but I have so many credits built up it's just too much to waste. I wish I could use my credits toward products - even tips. While I love my massages, over 2 hours to get to a location just doesn't make much sense. I would not want any friends or family to end up in this same situation.
