- Rating 4.5I had the best facial from Danielle, this is the second time she did my facial, and definitely did not disappoint. Her professionalism, friendliness, and knowledge is outstanding.

We have about 7 massages that we need to book to catchup with the amount we've been paying so far. 2- once you find the masseur or masseuse that you like it's hard to keep scheduling with them being that there's a high turnaround rate.

- Rating 2.5The guest service has gone downhill in the massage area. I had a terrible experience last time and no one reached out to me and this one was slightly better but still nowhere near the service I received when I started me membership years ago.
- Rating 0.0Better trained masseuse. I basically paid $130 to get oil rubbed on my skin. Facitlities, replace the loud fan!! room 7 Air purifier. runny/clogged nose from the air or carpet.
- Rating 5.0I love yisenia. She takes the time to listen to your needs and really caress about her clients
- Rating 5.0I asked for special attention to certain areas, especially knees. Bruna did exactly as I asked. My knees felt great today and I was walking much better. She is one of the best.
