- Rating 2.5I enjoy massage envy but not sure I would recommend the Highpoint location. Check-in staff did not as me to fill out some new paperwork. So after i sat in the waiting room for 10 minutes and had entered my meditative state, was brought into the treatment room, but was told I hadn't filled out some new form. Instead of waiting until after my treatment, I had to go all the way back out to the front desk to review but did not want to eat into my treatment time. Have no idea what that paperwork said since I was not provided a copy AND it took me out of my relaxation state. I also did not enjoy the massage since my requested target areas were not addressed.
