- Rating 2.0The staff is rude. Manager hung up on me once. Last massage was good but no music and I could hear convo between therapist and patient for 40 mins !
- Rating 2.5It's hit or miss based on the masseuse you have. Some are good, others have been disappointing either in skill or chattiness during the massage. The masseuse I had did not warm up my back when he started the massage. He used an elbow or a finger on my muscles instead of using his arm or palm for pressure, which caused a lot of discomfort/ticklishness because he was rolling over already tight muscles. I explained this to him and he tried to make modifications. The entire time, I was concerned about him causing more damage to my back. He did release some knots, but because the massage was so hyper-focused, he did not do anything to keep the blood flowing throughout my body and too many toxins built up--especially right under my head where he worked. I was nauseous for days and had very targeted headaches in that area that still haven't gone away. I've never had that with a massage before. I had just gotten a deep tissue massage 4 weeks before at a different establishment, so it's not as if this was my first massage in a while.

- Rating 1.0When customers make an appointment, please do not call them multiple times to change the timing and then penalize the customer for not being able to make the time. I requested cancellation due to this major inconvenience. You could’ve easily cancelled the appointment since you were not available for the 2pm appointment that I schedule a week in advance. Instead you charged me a session. Terrible service and I’m highly considering canceling my membership in January 2024.
