- Rating 1.0Repeated incompetence from the front office staff has led me to cancel my membership. Appointments made many weeks in advance have been switched to different providers without my permission, appointments are impossible to get if not scheduled many weeks in advance, cancellations made by me well in advance are not recorded, and providers are constantly leaving. I gave a service of mine to my cousin on my account and at the end of her facial with Joelle - who is absolutely AMAZING - was told she owed $195.
- Rating 2.5Sometimes scheduling is limited. You need to provide a greater variety of calming music. It must be deadly for your employees to hear the same music all the time. after many months it is sounding too canned to me and there is so much good new age and calming music out there.

- Rating 1.5I have a massage therapist I like but my July appt was cancelled as were all her appts in July. I had a massage from Eric and as before with other therapists it was not a fulfilling experience. He said he went to Swedish institute for training. I seriously doubt it. He never touched my feet and leg massage was very rushed. I felt neither rejuvenated nor relaxed after the massage. They called me to see if I could come a half hour earlier which I could not do maybe he was in a hurry. The front desk did not offer me tea or water Very disappointing experiencej
