- Rating 4.5I love the facials, but I did have a pretty bad allergic reaction. My face and neck are full of irritated bumps.

- Rating 5.0Excellent and customized massage delivered by Matt, who asked about my specific needs and addressed them during the course of the massage. Matt is also very easygoing and his demeanor tends to relax someone, which is vital for a massage therapist.
- Rating 1.0Appointment was booked 4 months in advance & canceled the day of. I understand things happen, but this was the 2nd time in 1 month. No concessions were offered. I've been a member for 13 years & don't feel any value in that. It's hard to get an appointment without booking way ahead of time & that still doesn't guarantee your spot. If the customer is charged for canceling within 24 hours, Massage Envy should compensate people when they cancel.
- Rating 2.0It is impossible to get an appointment more than 1x a month I have been a member for years and although the staff does what they can I dont think the cooperation it self does anything to help the franchisees
- Rating 5.0The best facial I have ever received and I’ve had many including at Massage Envy
- Rating 4.0I had a facial directly following my massage. If you had a light robe you could avoid having to dress and undress immediately.
- Rating 1.0I think that massage costs should be locked in as a reward for loyalty to members. Fantastic massage, but not competitive pricing with other massage locations in the area.
