- Rating 2.5the entire point system is clunky and hard to follow. very frustrated that there isn't a confirmation/conversation each time we show up for appointment (ie., here are how many points you have and what they can be used for, your membership will automatically be renewed on xyz). The fact that none of that happens, leads to undesirable and unintended consequences on behalf of the customer, which in turn turns into negative feelings/opinions about ME. Very frustrating and disappointing.
- Rating 4.5Mary, Listened to my history and current situation, very intentionally and with sincere interest and kindness. She was exceptionally nice and pleasant. I had pain in my Right Shoulder and Arm. She proceeded to give me a massage that made me feel wonderful but also took away the pain in my Right Shoulder and Arm. I felt better than I had in years and signed up for a membership and recurring treatments into the future. I went home and was so relaxed that I had a wonderful nap. Mary is a true professional that I appreciate very much and recommend highly.
