  As always I love my 90 minutes at massage envy every month! Diana is fabulous! I leave feeling beautiful and refreshed! Today I was told I was glowing! Not the first time.

  This was my very first time at massage envy because I was given a gift card for my birthday and to be honest I left extremely disappointed. My masseuse was very kind and friendly, but she seemed very unexperienced. I filled out the questionnaire in the beginning, stated that I wanted an equal amount of time on all body parts and that I was comfortable being rubbed on every body part provided. I maybe received 15 seconds of rubs on my legs and front of my arms and the overall flow of the massage just did not work out. She had a lot of time left over at the end which she spent on my upper shoulders and that was never an area I requested extra time on. My upper thigh region was never touched, my lower back region was never touched, fingertips never touched, or the back of my arms touched. I asked three times for additional pressure and each time she stated that she understood and would add more pressure, but it was a very slightly increased. I paid an additional fee to have the foot exfoliating treatment which really only consisted of her lightly placing an exfoliate on my feet, placing a hot towel on them, and lightly petting them. I never leave bad reviews, but I truly have never been so disappointed in a massage in my life. I still have money left on my gift card and I’m honestly contemplating even returning. Just disappointing.

  The massage therapist are good. It’s the company policy. Conversations that I have with staff in person and on the phone are conflicting. There shouldn’t be limit on how many guest I allow to use my time when I have a contract and make my payments. I wasn’t given the correct email information to cancel my contract causing me to be charged an additional monthly fee. I should receive a refund.
