- Rating 4.0The last year or so has been a struggle at the Maywood Mart location. They have lost numerous therapists and people at the front desk. I have had several cancellations initiated by Massage Envy which has been very disappointing since I have used this location for almost 8 years. I was finally able to get back in to see one of the best (if not the best) therapists at this location this week. She did a phenomenal job! They have done a lovely job remodeling but the sad thing is the sound system. For as long as I can remember it glitches, cuts music off in the middle of a song, makes this strange noise very often…it’s NOT conducive to relaxation! Not sure why it wasn’t addressed during the remodel or why it has been this way for SO many years. Please put up signs or or make it clear that the quiet/meditation room is NOT for phone calls!!!
