- Rating 4.5Dannielle was very knowledgeable about the procedure I was having done. She answered all of my questions!
- Rating 1.5When I declined a membership, the front desk kept on and on. Even asked me why I didn’t want to join. A lady from an office camp out and showed me coupons. I told them financially I didn’t need to do it right now, and they both continued to get me signed up. It made me feel very uncomfortable. Trying to sell a product is okay, but they asked multiple times which only embarrassed me more and more everytime I had to tell them no.
- Rating 2.5A more experienced therapist that cultivated a relaxing environment as well as a therapeutic massage for tension relief. The therapist was very noisy when moving around the room and talked too much during the service. This was my first massage where I was not able to relax. I

- Rating 4.0It seems so impersonal. I had a massage therapist for 17 years and she asked questions and told me what she thought was going on with the areas that needed the most attention.
