There is a misleading description of massage length - either 60 or 90 minutes. In reality, the actual massage time is 10 minutes less, i.e. 50 or 80 minutes. The misrepresentation of actual session length is disingenuous. More, my CMT -though quite skilled - was more concerned with not working beyond her allotted timeline than she was with possibly doing a bit more. Specifically, we completed our 10-minute orientation quickly so she had to explain her session would conclude 10 minutes early. This is poor customer service, particularly when the client has paid for a block of time. Again, if you want to provide 50 or 80 minutes sessions, say so. To do otherwise is slightly dishonest.
