- Rating 1.0My massage was the worst one I have ever had. My eight year old granddaughter could have done a better job.
- Rating 4.5Azzi is great. She's very attentive, gives a very relaxing but very complete facial. She's very considerate and aware of how her client is doing. She had a trainee with her during my last facial and I thought she did an outstanding job showing her how she does her facials, the order of how she does things but not necessarily you have to do them that way. I also felt her training did not take away from my experiencing a great facial.

- Rating 3.5Getting in. I have had a membership for many years. I am not able to get in for an appointment (your schedules are booked out 2 months) so my visits are building up. I want massages only, and when I can't get in for one, they continue to rack up. You always offer me another type of service, which, I do not want, i.e. facials, stretches, etc. I stop in person to make an appointment and I'm told, it's best if you call. I try to call and all I get is voicemail (what the heck)?
- Rating 1.5I felt like my entire chest was ignored and my glutes were also barely touched even though she asked if we were doing that and I said yes.

- Rating 1.0Can't get in to get massages. Pay monthly and have numerous massages available but can never use them. Have to keep paying or lose the massages already paid for. Have to pay $10 to give a massage away. It is ridiculous and I would never recommend anyone signing up for a subscription with Massage Envy. it's a racket.
- Rating 1.0Calling to schedule an appointment is a nightmare. The person answering the phone was rude. She talked to me as if I was interrupting her time. Very sad if that was a manager answering. My suggestion is to put some friendliness in your voice and answer "Message Envy, my name is......How may I help you". Also, be sincere when you explain that there are no appointments available. Suggest another location.
