  Anthony is consistently wonderful. The new space is nice, clean but loud. I was in the first room from the door and I can hear the door every time it opened / closed. Additionally when people were walking to / from, I can feel the vibration.

  I just find that prices are getting higher and higher, appointments are harder to get, and providers aren't giving the full 50 minutes (of our supposedly 60 minute massage). It's frustrating.

  The service was great. The lack of a tranquility space was a big disappointment. It would be relaxing prior to any service.

  To be totally honest, it was a big surprise that you changed locations. No one was notified in advance, we pay a lot of money for these services and I only found out when I got a message saying my schedule appointment was canceled because you were changing locations. I totally understand that after bed, bath and beyond left that block of stores may change but it was like a big secret. Now norwood isn't all that far but it's not as convenient as dedham. So it has made me contemplate continuing my membership but because I love the staff and how amazing they are I will most likely keep it but I may not be able to get as many services a month. Also losing the tranquility room wicked bummer I know it's out of your hands but total bummer !!

  I tried Massage Envy not thinking I would get the level of service as a spa but I was 100% wrong! I wish I had come sooner. Paul was amazing. Right pressure used, great attitude, and really communicated with me to the right level to almost remove my awful neck pain that had been bothering me for months.

  The previous location was obviously built for this business specifically. In Norwood, I miss the tranquility room and you can hear everything around you between people in other rooms or in the break room, the nail salon next door and even walking around because the floors seem to be uneven and not carpeted.
