- Rating 4.0Two of my appointments were cancelled within a few hours of scheduling before being successful on the third attempt. Happened at two other locations after booking online. Said there was an error in the providers calendars. Was just inconvenient that it happened twice in two different locations within like a 2 day period. In the end, all worked out because my experience at Medford with Amanda was great and I’d go back to that location to see her

- Rating 3.5Appointments confirmation to my email. I made 2 appts and only 1 email to confirm. Now i have to call back to see if 2nd one went thru. Pls read pt preferences. Some pts dont like to chat and want to relax but feel obligated to when started. Sone ppl like.colder or warmer bed settings
