- Rating 0.0I am very disheartened at the incredible increase going from $65 a month to $90 a month some of us cannot afford it especially senior citizens veterans and senior citizens should be able to stay at the 65 a month but I am forced to leave and I don't have much to say about that because people say it's the rent it's this it's that but I'm quite sure a lot of people will pay $90 a month you won't be losing that much money
- Rating 5.0Massage Envy has a welcoming atmosphere. My visit was relaxing and my massage therapist made sure I was comfortable the entire time. I came out rejuvenated and comfortable after a wonderful massage.
- Rating 3.5My first two experiences were subpar however my last massage with Colby was amazing! I have feelings about the facial services and how they could be better for the amount of money/ passes used for the service.

- Rating 3.0The tip scale sign is inaccurate and not the correct percentage according to what a massage would cost outside of the membership. 20% of a full price massage is NOT $48. Customers should not be deceived. You should pay your massage therapist what they should be paid instead of relying on inflated tips and perhaps then there would not be such a high burnout rate.
