- Rating 1.0I felt my massage therapist was going to light I asked him to use more pressure then he was using too much. I told him to go a bit lighter and it felt as if he was hardly touching me. I told him my neck, upper back and lower back were the main areas I needed work on. I got a 90 min massage and he NEVER touched my lower back at all. He also needs work in his draping of the legs. The sheet was drapped just above my knees. My thighs hardly got worked on. Which is where you need work for lower back issues. It seemed to me he had just gotten out of school and was not experienced enough. I did not feel any difference at all and walked out just as tight and sore as when I went in. Unfortunately I will not be going to back there since it seems they are unaware of how their massage therapists give massages, especially for the amount of money you charge. Also my husband gave me this for a gift. He included an enhanced service which was the enhanced muscle therapy. I asked what that was the therapist, Mike told me it was use if Biofreeze and heat. I told them to remove it because I wasn't about to spend an additional 15.00 for that. May I suggest you lower your prices also. 225.00 for what should be a 90 min massage that ends up being 1hour 15 min due to them starting later and stopping sooner to give them time to set up for the next client. You never get the full 90 min.
