- Rating 5.0I have never had a negative experience in all of the years that I have been a member. Everyone has been very kind no matter what situation I'm in and the customer service is amazing.
- Rating 5.0Every time I get my massage, I would like to take a nap. It is so serene.
- Rating 2.5Massage started at 1245 on clock and finished at 130. Not even an hour but charged for an hour.
- Rating 3.5I have noticed a steady decline in facility management. Apparently the music system has failed, a bathroom has been out of order for several months etc…. If you cannot provide routine maintenance to your facility, what else isn’t being properly maintained or cleaned/ sterilized 🤷♂️. These are things that truly run across my mind when I’m there trying to relax.

This was my husband's first massage and they asked a few questions to help prepare him for his session. Hannah and Brandon were amazing in customizing our session, making it relaxing and addressing any concerns.
