- Rating 1.0I have had Massage Envy membership for about 5 months and so far haven’t had any great experiences with masseuses. The quality of the massages that I have received so far are below average. However, I normally use the online booking system and the only available masseuses via online booking system seems to be the one that get less booking and hence available to be booked online. It’s good if the centers hire more experienced masseuses.

- Rating 5.0Had my facial as I always do with Nikki! She is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! She makes you feel so comfortable and relaxed during her sessions. Not to mention, she does a fantastic job with taking care of your skin. She literally has magic in her hands :)
- Rating 5.0The check-in process was efficient and quick. There is a lovely waiting area that was very relaxing. This was my first massage and I thoroughly enjoyed myself. Marat was my masseuse and he was wonderful. I really loved how you can specifically tell each massage to meet your specific needs. I highly recommend you book an appointment!
- Rating 5.0I have only had THE BEST experience at Massage Envy at the Crown. The front desk staff there are great (La-La) and the massage therapists (Peggy)are super gifted!!!!
- Rating 1.0I have over 30+ massages banked. Trying to schedule an appointment for a deep tissue massage is ridiculous! It takes a month and a half to get on the schedule. I finally booked 3 appts and I was co tasted 2 days before that they were both canceled as the therapist was quitting. Meanwhile, I'm still stick paying the monthly fee and unable to use any oof my banked massages. How am I supposed to use them if I can't get on the schedule and still accruing the massages monthly. I am on the freeze plus program but there is still no way I will be able to use the 30+ banked massages.
