- Rating 2.5The positives were the availability and how quickly I was able to get in to an appointment the next day. The establishment was clean. The negatives were I was called back for my massage five minutes late and my massage ended five minutes early. The music ended 10 minutes before my massage did and took away from the relaxation because I could hear everything going on outside of the room. The massage therapist asked how I liked the pressure early on in the massage and I requested he go harder and he responded that it defeats the purpose and continued to massage me lightly for the duration of my 90 minute massage. Towards the end I genuinely thought he had fallen asleep with my head in his hands because there were 30 to 45 second increments where the pressure stopped altogether four or five times.
- Rating 4.5Good therapists Would like better app experience so can see what credits I have without going to store. Get rid of paper coupons. Put coupons on app in your account. Dry Bar does it. Lots of companies do Used to feel more luxurious.
- Rating 1.5I had a great massage and would have had no complaints, but he did talk a lot before we got started then only massaged for 72 min on a 90 minute massage…. If he would have done the full amount I would have felt better.
