When got to room therapist told me that she was not aware of that as booked as regular massage and it takes 30 minutes to heat up stones. Needless to say I was angry as been waiting and excited to do this on my birthday. So I reduced massage to 60 mins...If I wanted a regular massage I would have booked with the lady I love but she doesn't do stone massages
